We enjoy staying here with the kids, staff are friendly, clean and the meals are good. My kids enjoy using the play equipment however it could probably do with a splash of paint and fixing the hole in the fencing but that certainly wont stop me from giving a top rating.

There as a generator outside our room that ran all night and very noisy.
Bed uncomfortable.
Breakfast was bread and packet of cereal.
The lounge was disgusting, vinyl and peeling.
On the up side great view and pub menu was good.
